Shipping & Returns

At Dennou, we place the highest importance on ensuring every customer feels secure in their purchase. Read through this policy before starting a return, the conditions here keep the system fair and consistent for everyone.

Shipping

Orders ship within 2 to 5 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Final Sale Items

Certain products cannot under any circumstance be returned or exchanged once purchased: final sale items, promotional items, mystery items, limited-edition pieces, and headwear. By purchasing any of these, you acknowledge the sale is conclusive.

Return Eligibility

We'll review a return provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the exact condition it was received. Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking.

To begin, submit a request through our contact page or by emailing hello@weardennou.com, and include your original packing slip or order confirmation, along with clear photos of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our facility, it's inspected to confirm eligibility. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 10 to 15 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Refunds are not issued as store credit. Exchanges are reserved for items that arrive defective or damaged, subject to availability.

Delivery Guarantee

Every Dennou piece is made to order and offered as part of limited drops. Most orders arrive well before this, but we guarantee delivery within 180 days at the absolute maximum. If your order hasn't reached you by then, you're entitled to a full refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping service with insurance, we can't guarantee receipt of items that don't arrive at our facility. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees on their return shipment.
