Shipping & Returns

At Dennou, we place the highest importance on ensuring that every customer feels secure in their purchase and fully confident in the process. Because of this, we've built a shipping and return policy that's as clear and transparent as possible, so you know exactly how orders ship, how returns are handled, what to expect in terms of processing, and how our delivery guarantees are upheld. We encourage every customer to read through this policy in full before starting a return, as the conditions outlined here are what keep the system fair and consistent for everyone.

Please allow time for processing. Orders ship within 2 to 5 business days of being placed, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days domestically from there, and 7 to 21 business days internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country on arrival, these aren't included in the order total and are outside our control.

Certain products, due to the nature of how they're made or sold, cannot under any circumstance be returned or exchanged once purchased. This applies to final sale items, promotional items, mystery items, limited-edition pieces, and headwear. By purchasing any of these items, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is conclusive. This isn't meant to be restrictive, it's in place to keep quality standards and fairness consistent across every order.

If you run into an issue with your order, we're willing to review a request for return provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and still in the exact condition it was received. Any such request must be initiated within seven calendar days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking. To begin, submit a request through our contact page or by emailing hello@weardennou.com, and include your original packing slip or order confirmation along with clear photos of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label. These steps aren't meant to slow you down, they help our team verify everything before it enters the inspection queue.

Once your return arrives at our facility, it goes through a careful inspection to confirm it meets all eligibility requirements. This can take time depending on order volume, but every item is reviewed thoroughly to keep things fair. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method, and can take 10 to 15 business days to appear depending on your bank. Refunds aren't issued as store credit, and exchanges are reserved for items that arrive defective or damaged, subject to availability.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, we can't guarantee receipt of items that don't arrive at our facility. International customers are additionally responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees on their return shipment.
